We will open our new office on September 7th, 2010. We are accepting new patients 16 years and older. Please call for insurance information. We will be located at 487 W Main Street, inside the urgent care until the new office is ready.
We are currently in network with Caresource, Molina, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Medicare, Humana, and BC/BS.
